Dogma
The governing eye of the night she is the goddess of forgiveness and redemption. Turning her back on the world one a month she begins anew forgetting and forgiving. Many see her as forgetful and indifferent. In the Three Kingdoms Dulari is known a Tsuki. The traditions associated differ slightly, but her powers remains the same.

History
Living off the light of the sun god has made Dulari resentful of the sun God. Her powers are not direct and strong like the sun God. Her strengths are more subtle, but just as influential. Dulari inhabits one of the oldest thrones. She is often credited with control over the oceans. Again her power there is more subtle. Acionna worshipers often regard Dulari positively. Her perceived dark nature is embodied in her companion animal the crow.

Relationships to other religions
Dulari opposes the sun god in all things, but never directly. preferring to subvert than to engage in direct conflict. Her relationship to Acionna is the most friendly.

Depictions
Ghostly white in appearance with dark orb-like eyes. She wears a crownlike veil that is actually vestigial wings.

Divine Intervention
Dulari rarely acts spontaneously, preferring to make choices after thoughtful contemplation. She never grants intervention on a new moon. Her powers are at her strongest on a full moon.

Divine Servants
Crows and ravens are her messengers. She elevates one crow to demigod status when the previous one dies (about every 15 years). These direct companions are able to assume many forms and can enlarge to giant proportions.

Church of Dulari
Magnificent temples are not uncommon. Tall spires and grand halls pay homage to the night sky and the constellations. Clerics of Dulari are well versed in the zodiac. Often advisors to powerful leaders, clerics usually ave great knowledge of the inner workings of their social networks. The portent of dreams is of high importance to the clerics and usually an appointed Dreamer spends most of his or her time in meditation as an open conduit to the will of Dulari.

Worshipers and Clergy
Clerics tend to be of neutral alignment, since they will work equally will with law, chaos, good, and evil.

Followers tend to profit in their vocations from information.

Temples and Shrines
Structures tend to be crafted from white stone with a tendency for tall spires. The most majestic example of a Dulari temple is in the city of Dowery.

Holy Texts
Cryptic texts are the norm for Dulari clerics. Zodiac infused texts are fully illuminated and often gilded in silver.

Holidays
The full moon is always sacred and often used for ceremonies and celebrations. The longest night of the year is celebrated as Yule.
